Part Two

Baby shower is less than three hours away and I have just completed the second gift. Whew!

This is the flower pacifier from Susie's
Itty Bitty Nursery book. It does involve crocheting around the petals but it's just a simple single crochet. The tricky part for me was to figure out where to insert my needle to pick up stitches, but I think you really can't go wrong. I am so happy with how it turned out. At one point it wasn't going to make it and ended up in a pile of yarn waste but I decided to give it another try. So glad I did. Lots of piecing together involved so it's not a project for everyone (hi Trace :)

Happy knitting!

Oh my goodness are you going to be the hit of the shower. Your pacifier clip turned out perfect and cute-glad you stuck with it:) I happen to be fearless when it comes to putting lots of pieces together! It pays off in the end, the proof is in your pudding.

And...I just saw that bootie pattern with the socks knitted in and I about died. Those are so darn cute, I have to get that pattern for sure. Your version with the lavender mary janes, too much.

I saw your paci clip on amazon, too. Thank you for taking the time to do that! You are sweet.

Very cute! I need to knit a more masculine version for my friend's son. He likes to get some serious distance when he shoots his pacifier out of his mouth...
