Meet a little pumpkin

My nephew turns one today. Happy Birthday!! His celebration was last weekend so I whipped up an Itty Bitty hat for him that he can wear this fall. Love the look of this hat. This is the second one I've made, the first was for my son and he loves it so much he has even been known to wear it in the summer. Silly boy.

Yarn used: Berroco Comfort
Needle: Size 7
Size made: 6-12 month

Too cute, I have some Berroco in orange ready to do the Itty Bitty Pumpkin hat for a friend's little girl this fall. I love the photo, how did you do b&w and then keep the hat colored? It looks great!

Adorable! What a cutie pie.

Isn't the Comfort nice? I like it and really like the price :)

Love it! - I'm working on the same hat in Rowan's cashsoft - for a baby to be born this fall. With two "big" boys (almost 2 and almost 5) I'd forgotten how quick it is to knit for newborns.

Oh he looks so cute. I knitted the exact same hat and my neighbour wanted to buy it from me for her grandson and he looked so cute in it too. Now I will need to knit another one for a friend whose baby is due at the end of the year.

Denise,
That little trick is done with Photoshop. Selecting the area you want in color and turning the rest b/w. do you have photoshop?
(His hat clashed with his shirt)
